Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items in the order

Perishable Products

Since our products are fresh and perishable, returns are not accepted once delivered unless there is a quality issue.

Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
